By approving an estimate, scheduling service, submitting a reservation deposit or other payment, or permitting TC TV Mounting & Home Services ("TC TV") to begin work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the estimate, approved scope of work, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions. Written estimates, invoices, text-message approvals, electronic signatures, and payment authorizations may be retained as part of the service record.
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required when stated on the estimate or invoice to reserve an appointment and commit company resources. The deposit is applied toward the customer's final invoice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, reservation deposits are calculated on labor and do not include separately purchased equipment or materials. The deposit is non-refundable except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
Appointment times may be provided as arrival windows rather than exact arrival times. TC TV will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window, but traffic, prior jobs, weather, access issues, emergencies, and other circumstances may affect arrival. Customers should ensure that an authorized adult and safe access to the work area are available during the scheduled service period.
At least 24 hours' notice is required for a customer-requested reschedule. The customer's first reschedule made at least 24 hours in advance is complimentary. A reschedule requested within 24 hours of the appointment is subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. Additional late reschedules may also be subject to the $75 fee. Applicable rescheduling fees must be paid before a new appointment is confirmed.
A $75 no-show or access fee may be charged when the technician arrives as scheduled but the customer, authorized representative, property access, required authorization, or other necessary access is unavailable and the work cannot proceed. This includes circumstances in which TC TV has traveled or dispatched personnel but cannot gain reasonable access to perform the approved work.
When a rescheduling or no-show fee is assessed, the fee must be paid before the appointment is rebooked. If an assessed fee remains unpaid for more than 3 days, TC TV may cancel the pending reschedule and may treat the reservation deposit as forfeited, subject to applicable law.
To carry an existing reservation deposit to a replacement appointment, the customer must generally rebook within 30 days of the original appointment or cancellation date unless TC TV agrees otherwise in writing. Failure to timely rebook may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit, subject to applicable law.
Mounts, specialty mounts, lighting products, electrical/low-voltage components, custom items, special-order equipment, and other job-specific materials may require 100% payment before TC TV orders, purchases, allocates, or brings the items to the project. Equipment/material payments are separate from any labor reservation deposit. Custom, specialty, or special-order items may be non-refundable once ordered or purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The estimate covers only the services and items specifically listed. Conditions discovered on site — including wall material, concealed obstructions, inadequate framing, unusual mounting surfaces, electrical conditions, inaccessible wiring paths, customer-requested changes, or additional services — may require a revised price. TC TV will obtain customer authorization before performing material additional work or adding agreed charges.
TC TV may request photographs, measurements, equipment information, wall-surface information, or other details before service. Scheduling may occur before all requested photographs are received when TC TV permits it; however, the customer must provide requested information as soon as reasonably possible. Final scope or pricing may be adjusted if the actual site conditions differ from the information provided.
By approving an estimate, authorizing service, submitting payment, or otherwise agreeing in writing to charges, the customer authorizes TC TV to collect the amounts shown for approved services, equipment, materials, deposits, fees, and other agreed charges. Customers should review the final scope and price before work begins. TC TV may request written confirmation of the total charge before dispatch or performance, particularly for larger or higher-risk transactions.
For fraud prevention and payment security, TC TV may require reasonable identity or payment verification before accepting or completing certain transactions, particularly higher-dollar charges. Verification may include presentation of government-issued identification or confirmation that the person authorizing payment is authorized to use the payment method. Customers should not send full driver's-license numbers or other unnecessary sensitive identification information by ordinary text message.
Customers should contact TC TV promptly at (984) 464-0606 if they believe a payment, estimate, appointment, or charge is unauthorized or incorrect so the matter can be investigated. A chargeback or payment dispute does not alter the underlying service record, signed estimate, authorization, completed work, purchased materials, cancellation/no-show obligations, or other amounts lawfully due. TC TV reserves all rights to provide relevant service and authorization records in response to a payment dispute.
TC TV is not the manufacturer or seller of customer-supplied televisions, mounts, brackets, cables, accessories, fixtures, or other equipment. Customer-supplied products are not covered by TC TV's product warranty. TC TV may decline to install equipment that appears incompatible, damaged, unsafe, incomplete, or unsuitable. TC TV's workmanship warranty may still apply to the installation work itself, subject to the exclusions below.
Mounts purchased directly from TC TV are covered by TC TV's Limited Lifetime Mount Warranty for the original customer at the original installation location while TC TV remains in operation. If a covered TC TV-supplied mount fails because of a covered product defect, TC TV may, at its option, replace the covered mount and perform the reasonably necessary reinstallation. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover misuse, abuse, alteration, relocation, improper third-party work, structural failure, accidental damage, or conditions outside TC TV's control.
TC TV provides a Limited Lifetime Installation Workmanship Warranty to the original customer for covered installation workmanship at the original installation location while TC TV remains in operation. If TC TV determines that a covered installation problem resulted from TC TV's workmanship, TC TV may correct the covered workmanship at no labor charge. The warranty does not cover product defects, normal wear, customer or third-party modifications, removal/reinstallation by others, misuse, impact, water/fire damage, building movement, defective or deteriorated walls, framing or substrates, concealed conditions, electrical-system defects, manufacturer issues, or conditions outside TC TV's control.
Warranty claims must be reported to TC TV within a reasonable time after the customer becomes aware of the issue. TC TV may require photographs, video, receipts, job records, or an inspection before determining coverage. The customer must provide reasonable access for inspection and correction. Warranty coverage does not automatically include unrelated work, upgraded equipment, cosmetic changes, or work outside the original covered scope.
The customer is responsible for identifying known hazards, providing safe and reasonable access, securing pets and children away from the active work area, obtaining landlord/property-management approval when required, and disclosing known wall, electrical, plumbing, structural, or property conditions that could affect the work. The customer is responsible for confirming that installation locations and requested heights/positions are acceptable before final installation whenever reasonably practicable.
TC TV may reschedule, suspend, or cancel service when necessary because of safety concerns, technician availability, severe weather, vehicle/equipment issues, site conditions, inability to obtain required materials, suspected fraud, payment/authorization concerns, or other circumstances that make performance impracticable or unsafe. When TC TV initiates a reschedule, the company will work with the customer to arrange a replacement appointment. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.
These Terms are intended to operate together with the customer's estimate, invoice, approved change orders, written/text authorizations, and other job-specific documentation. If a provision conflicts with a non-waivable right under applicable law, the applicable law controls to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
By approving the estimate, scheduling service, submitting payment, or permitting work to begin, the customer acknowledges receipt of and agreement to the applicable estimate, approved scope, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
